Projection of Simple Pendulum Motion

Angular position θ\theta of simple pendulum, with bob mass mm and arm length LL, relates to projection along horizontal direction

and vertical direction

with positive direction of θ\theta is in counter clockwise direction and (xc,yc)(x_c, y_c) is pivot position.
